Swapna Chakrabarti RPh has enjoyed working as a clinical pharmacist for more than 8 years, interacting with patients and physicians in various clinical settings. After graduating at the top of her class from the University Department of Pharmacy, in Nagpur,India, she successfully attained licensure in California where she practiced pharmacy in retail and hospital settings.
