Margaret Mary Sacco, MD, FACS, is a board certified surgeon with over 20 years of experience, who dedicates her practice to the treatment of benign and malignant breast diseases. She is founder of Atlantic Breast Associates at Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Overlook Medical Center, Summit, NJ with privileges at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ, and Chilton Medical Center, Pompton Plains, NJ.
She believes in an individualized, multidisciplinary approach for her patients, treating them with care and compassion through diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Sacco’s specialties include minimally invasive biopsies, breast conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy, and skin- and nipple-sparing mastectomy. She works collaboratively with plastic surgeons offering immediate reconstruction when possible, and has access to clinical trials through Carol G. Simon Cancer Center, allowing her to offer her patients the latest treatments.
