Dr. Phillips is a board-certified neurologist with a longstanding dedication to multiple sclerosis patient care and research. Dr. Phillips has over 70 publications in peer-reviewed journals and books relating to MS, and has been a principal or lead investigator in over 35 clinical treatment research trials, several of which have resulted in FDA approval of new treatment options in MS.
