Wine Can Benefit Your Heart
Two glasses of wine is best for your heart

Information concerning wine may have been misleading. Americans know that wine can benefit the heart, but most people are unaware of the recommended amount.
A recent survey showed that both men and women should limit the amount of wine consumed to two drinks per day for men and one drink per day for women.
Drink less than two glasses of wine per day.
The American Heart Association (AHA) assessed awareness and beliefs about the effects of wine on heart health by surveying 1,000 Americans.
AHA discovered that 76 percent of surveyors knew the benefits wine had on the heart but only 30 percent were aware of the recommended amount.
Since so many people are unaware of the actual recommendations, educators need to do a better job informing the public.
A moderate consumption of two drinks per day for men and 1 drink per day for women is appropriate for heart health. Regular consumption beyond the limited amount can have negative effects like heart failure, stroke, and increased blood pressure.
