Don't Give Up On Apples
Menopausal women reap cardiovascular benefits from daily apple consumption

In the Garden of Eden, the forbidden fruit gave Eve knowledge of good and evil. Now, it appears that eating apples is all good for menopausal and postmenopausal women.
A recent study shows daily apple consumption for one year had impressive cardiovascular results for menopausal women.
Eat one apple a day and see your health improve.
Dr. Bahram H. Arjmandi, PhD, RD, Department of Nutrition, Food and Exercise Sciences at Florida State University, exclaimed they never expected such dramatically impressive effects from daily apple consumption.
The apple eating ladies reduced their bad LDL cholesterol by a significant 23 percent while the raising their good HDL cholesterol by 4 percent.
Dr. Arjmandi and his Florida State University research team truly added credence to apples as a miracle fruit. Dr. Arjmandi's team study is the first to evaluate the long-term heart protection effects of daily consumption of apples in postmenopausal women.
